I could not be happier with Stephanie. She goes above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for her. I was so nervous to deal with this issue and she made the process so easy and now I do not have to worry and /I am able to sleep well once again. Just have nice things to say about this company. They explained the situation to me and
ensured I was handled with care. Crystal who worked her magic and removed the levy from our accounts and finally worked out a resolution to the best that she was able to. Highly recommend calling so you don't have to deal with any tax issues.

Stephanie! Stephanie! Stephanie! I don't know what to say to you seriously. You went extra miles to help me out. Did my calculations and correct my mistakes and got my problem solved. This company should be proud to have you work for them. The lovely thing is everytime I email you I will get a response very quick. You won't make me wait for a few days for an answer. And I am sure you did fight hard for my case and we finally won the battle. I am glad that I have you providing such amazing service.

My saving grace! Crystal was there to handle some large amount of taxes that had built up after my husband had a serious accident and was in the ICU for nine months and then passed away. My daughter had heard an ad, but I was very skeptical about handing over this tax problem to them. After discussing my situation with Crystal, she started the process and worked with me. She was always keeping me informed of the IRS information they would send to her. I can't tell you how wonderful this company is and my agent, Crystal, got me the tax relief I needed. I highly recommend their services. I am so very grateful to this company. They get my five stars!
